Importing to Custom Form

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2000 and I have created a custom contact form. I am
trying to import contact from a excel spread sheet into the custom contact
form I created.
The problem is the import will only allow me to map the fields to the
orginal contact form. Is there a way to change this?

Outlook does not support importing to a custom form, nor importing custom fields. You would need to write your own import code or use a third-party tool. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm
