Importing Thunderbird mail?

I found a post that goes over how you need to import thunderbird mail
into eudora -> outlook express -> outlook; thats insane (plus it was
posted back in 2003). Does anyone out there know of an easier/newer way
to import mail from Thunderbird into Outlook 2003? Any help would
really be appreciated!

I don't think it's always necessary to use Eudora in that process. You can
also use Netscape. See
