Mozilla Thunderbird does not have a size limit for attachments. I just
tried sending myself a large image using T-Bird. My mail server log
reports:

|T 20050816 094420 43019bc4 Connection from 192.168.102.100
|T 20050816 094421 43019bc4 EHLO [192.168.102.100]
|T 20050816 094421 43019bc4 AUTH CRAM-MD5
|T 20050816 094421 43019bc4 MAIL FROM:<***@aosake.net> SIZE=246785
|T 20050816 094421 43019bc4 RCPT TO:<***@netscape.net>
|T 20050816 094505 43019bc4 DATA - 3351 lines, 246785 bytes.
|T 20050816 094505 43019bc4 QUIT

Note the attachment size. Here are the edited headers of that same message
after it reached the Netscape Webmail account:

If T-Bird can't get a 150kByte message through, MS Outlook won't be able to
get it through, either. The limitation on the size is outside of the mail
client control. You might try breaking up the message. I don't use T-Bird
often enough to know how to do that.
