Importing the registry

Hello,

I cannt import my registry as at the end it says some apps are running and
that it cannot import while they are running. Safemode doesnt help. It is so
those stupid "services.exe" and others like it that are on ALL THE TIME. Can
I somehow startup or close all these apps. Thanks, and I need help!

Never mind... fixed it with sys restore. Does anyone know if sys restore
restores the registry, too? I THINK it does... but t'would be good to get a
confirm on this.
