Importing text (CSV) files

I am trying to import messages into Outlook Express from
an email program that is not on the list of programs that
Outlook can import. The email program can export message
folders as a CSV (comma-seperated) text file. Can that be
imported into Outlook Express?
 
Unfortunately Outlook Express does not have the functionality to import
messages in the .CSV format although it can import directly from some other
mail programs such Eudora Pro or Light, Netscape or Outlook.
