Importing Site

I have built our church site using Homestead Sitebuilder and it worked fine.
Now that I have imported the site into FP2003 I am having problems with the
bar links to the other pages. On the homepage one link is missing and two
of the others won't take you to the designated page "page cannot be found".
How do I find and fix the problem?
 
Check and make sure your links are pointing to pages that exist in you site
and to the correct folders that they're in. Is there a URL where we could
see the problem?
