Importing rtf to access using VB 6.0

I am having problems trying to read rtf into access database. I am
working on a program that reads questions, answer choices, and answers
to database. Some questions read fine while others are skipped. Or
questions read fine but answer choices are skipped. Or it reads the
question and answer choices together. I've been stuck for a while.
Any help is appreciated.

There's no point trying to answer this without knowing at least in
general terms how the question and answer document is structured and
what you've tried so far.

What are you using for an RTF parser?

I really don't know how to explain it. The only thing that I can do is
