Importing .pst files

Can someone advise of the best way of importing .pst files into outlook 2003
(I am setting up a new compute r& transferring these across). I have a number
of large .pst files that I wish to import. I have split them alphabetically:
A-K.pst
L-M.pst etc
Any advise would be aoppreciated. Thanks. GP.

-There's nothing complex about it just copy the files from their current
location to;
C:\Documents and Settings\(your name here)\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook (if you use a CD to move them you will need to unset
the file attribute for 'read only')
Next open Outlook on the new machine and near the top left select;
File
Open
Outlook Data File
and select your pst files

This is actually not a good idea. If there is a PST there already and it
has the saem name, overwriting it will not only corrupt the mail profile,
but will destroy all the data the overwritten PST contained.
