Importing .PST file

I'm trying to import my outlook pst file from Office 2003 to another computer
running Office 2000. I am getting a not compatible message. Is there an
update for Outlook 2000 to make it backwards compatible. I have looked for
updates but cannot identify one!

No
You have to create an earlier version pst, within OL2003, copy data to that.
Then open that pst in OL2k
PS Never import/export a pst
