Importing outlook address book

I have recently reloaded my Microsoft Office XP to my new hard drive. I want
to load my old outlook.pst file to the newly loaded outlook. I keep getting
an error message "Source and destination folder for this operation can not be
the same." WHat am I doing wrong?

Can you open the PST using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File and
drag/drop data into your current PST?
