importing office 2003 PST backup into Office XP ?

I have exported my PST file from Office 2003 and would like to import it into
Office XP however it is telling me that the version is incompatible !!

Any Advice ?

OL2003 pst format is not backwards compatible.
Within OL2003 create new data file, in prev.version. Copy mail to this pst,
it will then be accessable to early versions.

Problem is I don't have Office 2003 on my machine anymore nor the Install
CD, are there any sort of convertors I can use ?

And theres the rub; you will have to find someone with OL2003 to do the
conversion for you
