the easiest way is to play it in iTunes, and at the same time create a
narration file in Movie Maker, using the Stereo Mix option (if that's what
your system calls it... varies by the sound card).
I don't have any more detailed info than what's on my website.

your song is copy protected. use itunes to burn the song to an audio CD,
and then use itunes again to re-rip it back to your PC as an un-protected
mp3. then you can use it as you wish.
