Importing mail or messages or account from Vista OS (wiindows mail) to
Outlook 2003 PLS Help.

In Outlook, can you click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail
Account Settings? If so, do that first. Then in Windows Mail, you should
be able to click FIle>Export>Messages and transfer the mail to Outlook.
Finally, in Outlook, you should be able to click File>Import and
Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses, select "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x,
6.x", and import your contacts and rules. Don't import the messages, since
you've already done that in the prior step.
 
Both apps have to be on the same PC & configured
In WinMail Export to Outlook
