Importing mass amounts of users from a database to active director

Hi can anyone help I need a way to import 600 users form a Microsoft Access
database to active directory.

Save the items to a comma delimited file (or save to
Excel and re-arrange and save to CSV file).

Import with CSVde.exe (included but I don't know if
you have to install AdminPak.msi to see it -- I always
do so it's on my servers either way.)

If you need more features than CSVDE offers, then
consider a bit of re-writing of the file and use
LDifDE.exe instead.
