importing into access

I would like to import my Outlook express address book into Access. I have
tried everything, and have read web pages for weeks, This site was under my
nose and never thought of it. Can anyone help. Thank you.

You can get most of the information simply by linking to it with the wizard
and selecting Outlook as the file type.

For more information open the Access help file and type "import outlook"
It gives full directions.

Click on the Contacts folder.
In the File menu, the Export feature should be available.
Export the contents into a CSV file (or whatever you prefer)

Go to access
Import the file into access as a new table.
