importing iaf files to outlook 2002

I am moving data from one computer to another on a
network. I have exported from outlook express to IAF
files but do not know how to import to office 2002.
Help......

Take a look at Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 278168

It says to do it using the File/Import menu and select
"Import Internet Mail Account Settings" - when I try it
just says "Internet Warning|No internet accounts were
found to import" immediately it's selected.
