Importing HTML into Outlook....is it possible?

Hi,

If i design an email template in HTML using Dreamweaver, is there a way i
can import it into Outlook in order for me to email this template to my
clients?
 
Insert-> File-> select the created htm-file-> down arrow on Insert
button->Insert as Text
