Importing history details

I have just replaced my main hard drive, and made it a slave.
Now that I have completed a reinstallation of ME on the new boot drive, I am
trying to find a way of importing the old iexplore history folder. So far I
have had no success, does anyone have any ideas as to how to get my browsing
history from my old disc and import it into my reinstalled ie6??
