importing graphics/custom screens?

can anyone tell me if there is any way to either add graphics (jpeg logos) to
the credit screens, or ideally create graphic screens in photoshop or similar
and add them to a movie (being able to adjust the ti,e on screen)?

it takes a custom title overlay, but yes, you can add any graphics over
whatever is on the video track.

Here's a sample of a more complex overlay of 10 images...
