importing from windows mail to outlook

I am using windows vista , and using windows mail for the last two years. I
now have outlook installed on my machine. how do i move my mail from the
windows mail folder into outlook.

In Mail Export msgs to Outlook (actually say 'Exchange') Outlook has to be
configured, but not running at the time
