Importing from CSV

When I import data (contact information - name, home, work, main, mobile,
fac, pager, email) from a csv file into Outlook 2002, only my names get
imported. No numbers (or email addresses) are getting imported into outlook
contacts.
Anyone have the same experience rectified or have a solution for this
problem?
Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions.
