Importing from BCM

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to import back into
the regular Outlooks Contacts the contact info that is
currently in the new Business Contact Manager? Not a
guru here so step by step would be appreciated. Thanks
for whatever help you can offer.
 
You should be able to just drag and drop items from the BCM Contacts folder into your regular Outlook Contacts folder. Ctrl+drag if you want to copy instead of move.
