Is There A Way I Can Import A File List From A Folder
Right Into Excel 2003.

Rod,

If this is a one-time thing, you can make a file list at a command prompt,
then use Mark (right click), select the file names, Copy (Ctrl-C), then
Alt-Tab to Excel and simply paste it into the sheet. Post back for details.

Or it can be done via a macro program.
