Windows Vista Importing Favourites from AOL

Hi,
I have a new computer using Vista. I am also about to change my ISP from AOL to Virgin.
Any ideas how I can import my AOL favourites to Explorer so I don't lose them when I transfer over ?
I have saved them to my computer but it uses a file "pfc" which I cannot open with anything ( except AOL softwear of course)
Thanks for any ideas

lol, good old AOL......

I dont think you can tbh, you may just find yourself redoing the again... Sorry. :)

AOL favourites

Thanks for confirming what I already thought...should have known really, AOL has een the bane of my life...hence changing ISP's.
