Importing/Exporting mailing labels

I created mailing labels in Access and I would like to know how I can take
one individual or single address at a time and export it to Word, or import
by using Word?
 
You would use MAIL MERGE in WORD to get details from an Access Database.
You would not export the mailing label from the Access report, you would
export the data fields and then format them however you want in Word.

I am aware that i can do it through mail merge, but lets say i only want one
address out of the database. Thats is i want to have the ability to select a
particular name or city for example. I hope my question is clear.
 
use the Query Options in word mail merge to select the one or ones you want
