Importing Excel Worksheet

Everytime I try to Import an Excel Worksheet to Access,
Access says the file is not a Microsoft Access Project.
There is nothing special about the Excel file its just
rows of data with text.

Could you please advise?
 
Try having the file opened in Excel while you are doing
the import operation.
