Importing excel file into Access

I am new to access applications. I have a microsoft Office 2000 Professional
with Access 2003. Each time I try to import an excel file or activate the
lookup wizard, I get the message "error in loading DLL". What do I need to do
to resolve this problem?

Looks like there is a problem - one of the DLL files needs to be re-registered.
