Importing email from Netscape 7.2 communicator to Outlook

If been racking my brain for the past couple of days trying to import all my
folders and emails from Netscape 7.2 Communicator to Outlook 2000.

I looked all over and tried many things. But nothing seems to work.

Can someone give me a hand with this???

(It says OE, but you need to do it there first, and Netscape 7.2 uses the
