Exporting from Netscape 7.2 to Outlook 2003. Read previous posts.

I have been using Netscape 7.2 and I'm new to Outlook 2003. My plan was to
install Netscape Communicator 4.79, transfer my emails from Netscape 7.2 to
Communicator 4.79, import from Communicator 4.79 to Outlook Express, and
export from OE to Outlook 2003. Now that I've installed Communicator 4.79,
how do I transfer the emails from Netscape 7.2 to Communicator 4.79?
