How can I import email messages (with folders) and sttings
from Eudora 6.0 to Outlook 2002? In the import options
there is entry for Eudora 6.0?

Thanks

Use Outlook Express as an intermediate step?

How did you like Eudora? I'm looking to replace Outlook because I can't
e-mail from Word or any other application that has an e-mail feature and
there doesn't seem to be a solution.
Thanks,
Al

Both Outlook and Outlook express(v 6.0) allow messages
imported from Eudora v3.0 and below only. Not Eudora v6.0.
I wonder if MS has an update to import from later versions
of Eudora.

The mail format in Eudora has not changed since version 3, so you can
use the Eudora 3 import function in Outlook.

A known bug in the importing feature into Outlook, however, is that
you'll probably lose a lot of the dates on the imported messages when
you import from Eudora into Outlook. This appears to be a Eudora
problem, not an Outlook problem.

Eudora is a fine email client but has some problems with HTML,
compared to Outlook.

What kind of problems do you have with using Outlook's own email
function?
