Importing email addresses from ACCESS

I have a customer database in ACCESS. Is there a way to import it into
Outlook address book or into a Contacts folder?
 
Have you tried 'File' | 'Import and Export...' | 'Import from another
program or file' [Next >] 'Microsoft Access' [Next >] ...?

I have only followed Outlook 2003 to this point above, as I do not
actually have an Access DB to import.
