Importing *.dbx files into Micrisoft Outlook

I have set up a new computer using Windows XP
Professional. It has Microsoft Outlook as its mail
program. I backed up the *.dbx files from my old computer
using Windows 98 SE * Outlook Exress. Can anyone tell me
how to import these files into Microsoft Outlook.
 
Sure, open Outlook Express, import from the Location of the DBX files.
Now in OE, click File, Export, to Outlook.
