Importing dbf into Outlook 2003

I had exported my email from Outlook 2000 as dbf files. When I upgraded my
system, now using Outlook 2003, I do not see an option to import from a dbf
file. Is there any other way to get my email other then first converting
them with access? When I use access, I do not get all the memo information.

Outlook 2000 allows you to export as dBase file, which gives you a dbf and
dbt. I have already done this and now I need to get the information back. I
cannot import these into Outlook 2003.

Outlook can't import dbf files. It allows you to export those files
(Outlook 2003 doesn't have that option, that I can see) so that you can
import them into dBase, not so that you can import them into Outlook.

It is outrageous that Microsoft was so inconsiderate as to leave out the DBF import option. We still use Microsoft Office 2000 and will not give Microsoft another penny until they fix this. We are looking at open source office software. You asked for it, Microsoft, with your stupid action of leaving out the DBF import and export.
