importing databases from Lotus Approach to Access

I have loads of databases from way back when Lotus was
active. Now I feel it would be wise to import these into
Access. I have tried both importing rom Access and
exporting from Approach. Neither works. Do I need a
filter or something similar to be able to achieve the
transition?

Could someone please tell me what I need and from where I
can get it. My heartfelt thanks to anyone who can help.

I haven't used Approach in such a long time. However, if you can export the
data either as a text file (txt or csv) or Excel format, you will have
better luck in getting the data into Access.
