Accessing Lotus Notes From Access

I know how to import data into Access from Lotus Notes, however I have been
asked to be able to access some specific documents/attachments in a lotus
notes database from an Access database.

They would like to click on the Access entry and be able to open up a linked
document from within a lotus notes database.

I have already searched both here and in the Lotus Notes forum. I also have
this question in the Lotus Notes forum, but have not received an answer.

If someone could point me in the correct direction I would greatly
appreciate it.

I've been able to read from Notes databases using NotesSQL, an ODBC driver
available at http://www.lotus.com

(Of course, that was quite some time ago: Notes 4.x, if I recall correctly)

I think you have 2 options.

1) NotesSQL - Used along time ago cant make anystatements on it's
stability.
2) OLE

I have used OLE with some good success. The only problem I have run
into is closing Excel in the background. Probably an issue with my code
but I have not looked into it. The code was used for a short project.
That is now dead. I have used OLE to go both from MS Office to LN and
thought LS to push to Office.
