Importing data to Calendar

Iam using web based software on which I schedule my appointments. I have an
option of duplicating appointments on my outlook calendar. when I click on
the option, there would be an pop-up of the outlook appointment window and
all I have to do is click on "Save & Close" and it would get saved on my
outlook calendar. Earlier I was using Outlook 2000 and everything was working
fine. Recently I switched over to outlook 2003 and Iam not able to get it
right. Now this pop-up (outlook appointment window) does not come up. I
should say it disappears fast. The "chime" occurs but it does not pop-up. I
have disabled all pop-up blockers, tried adding the site to trusted sites
and also security to a rather lower level and nothing helps. But, I can see
that appointment file (in the .vcs format) under Temporary Internet Files and
I tried opening it after saving it to the desktop and clicked on "Save &
Close" and now, I can see that appointment on my calendar. Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks!

Have you spoken with the vendor of the web-based software to see if it's
compatible with Outlook 2003?
