Importing and Exporting Data in Outlook 2003

I am trying to export my calendar and contacts into a .pst file. When I
import them into Outlook on another machine there are duplicates and
triplicates created of most of the entries. I am selecting do not allow
duplicates. Is there a way to avoid this problem?

Why? Instead, either copy the original PST (with Outlook closed, of
course), or create a new PST, copy those two folders into it, then close
Outlook and transfer that to the other Outlook instance. Open it in that
Outlook with FIle>Open>Outlook Data File. Drag-and-drop to move data to the
folders you want.
