Just had a new computer built and ran into a bug that I can't figure out. I
exported my old contacts list as a pst. file and saved in onto my external
harddrive until I could reload all my software. Unfortunately I am now
trying to reimport my contacts back into outlook but it keeps asking me for
my password. Quite frankly I'm puzzled. I honestly don't remember creating
any password and from some of the hlep suggestions from microsoft it seems
like I'm screwed because there is no way to reset the password. I would
gladly retype all the entries manually but I really don't know how to open up
the pst. file so I can retrieve the entries. These contacts are very
important to me. Can anyone suggest a way that either I can change my
password without knowing my password or how to open the files with some other
utility so that I can re-enter them. Thanks for any suggestionos.
