Importing address into contact list

Guest

I have 20 users moving from notes to outlook (we will have a domino server
and we are migrating to a hosted exchange server.) We have been able to
migrate most of their e-mail by using the notes connector and creating .psts
what we have not been able to do is import and export address lists. I was
told the easiest way to import their contact list is by using their old
e-mails to recreate them. Is there an easy way to add 50 e-mail address from
one e-mail to a contact list other than going to each e-mail address and
right clicking and selecting add to contact list?

Hi All,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Newsgroups!

Actually you can migrate the Lotus Notes contacts to Outlook 2003. To do
so, please refer to the steps below.

1. In Lotus Notes, export your contacts to a tab-delimited file.

For more information about how to export Lotus Notes contacts, see the
Lotus Notes product documentation. Or, contact Lotus Notes support.

2. Start Outlook 2003.
3. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
4. Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
5. Click Comma Separated Values (Windows), and then click Next.
6. Click Browse.
7. In the File name box, type *.*, and then click OK.
8. Click the file that you created in step 1, and then click OK.
9. Click Next.
10. Click the Contacts folder, and then click Next.
11. Under The following actions will be performed, confirm that the correct
files are listed. Then, click Map Custom Fields to map the contact fields
that you want to use.
12. Click Finish.
