Importing address book

I just got a new computer and I am trying to import my addresses from
Outlook
into Vista Windows Mail. How do I do that? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Try this one:
From Outlook export your addresses
"File>Export>Adress Book>Text File (Comma Separated Values)"
After that :
1. Open the exported CSV file by using Notepad.
2. In Notepad, click the File menu, and then click Save As.
3. In the Encoding list, select UTF-8, and then click Save.

Open your Windws Mail :
"File>Import>Windows contacs>CSV (Comma Separated Values)"

It should work
