Importing Act! 6.0 contacts w/o MS Business Contact Manager

I am trying to import Act! contacts into Outlook without buying any software. I can export Act! to a csv file, but Outlook puts everything into the wrong field.

Act! has a mechanism to save a "mapping" file for this purpose. Has anyone gone to the effort of creating such a map?

Outlook does, too. You should see the mapping option when you run the File |
Import and Export wizard.
