Importing Access Record into Word

Can I import ONE record from Access into a Word file, using the format I
want? I'm a student compiling large bibliographies. My sources are all
saved in Access, but I'm tired of cut-and-paste. I would like to run a Query
on a Name or Title field, and then put all the right information in with no
tables. I'm not that familiar with Access, is this even possible??
 
Yes, you need to use Word bookmarks and send the Access data to the Word doc
to fill the bookmarks.
 
You can do this from Access, but it requires intermediate level coding
skills.
From Word, you may be able to set up a Mail Merge which will create a
section for each record in your Access table. Then you can just move to the
one you want and print it out.
