Importing a Saved Archive

I'm looking for advice on how to import an archive file that was saved in
Outlook 97 as a .pst file. I'm importing into Outlook 2003. I have been
unsuccessful. Below is the process I'm using.

File>Import>Import from another program or file>Personal Folder File
(.pst)>C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/My Documents/Hal Archive.pst>Replace
Duplicates with items imported>"The file C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/My
Documents/Hal Archive.pst is not a personal folders file."

Thanks for the help.

Thanks, I tried that and I still get the same error message.

Was this file saved on another machine and did you transfer it via CD?
If so, make sure that the "Read-Only" attribute has been removed.

Yes, the file was saved on another machine and transferred via cd. I copied
it to the C drive and removed the read only attribute.
