Importing a .PSD template

How can you get a .PSD template file to work with FP? I have Dled some and want to create a site with the template. It looks very nice and is much better looking than the templates that are included in FP.

You would have to open it in an editor that can work with .psd files and then convert it to a html
document.

That was what I was thinking, but I cannot find one. I have photoshop and I cannot find a way to

convert it to HTML. Do you know of any editors that will allow me to convert a PSD to HTML?
