Well, you can't import .ppt files (in most video editing applications)
however you can save the PowerPoint presentation as a jpeg or something and
add it to the presentation fairly easily. To do this open up your
presentation > File > Save as > Where it says 'Save as type:' Select
something like 'GIF Graphics Interchange Format' > Put in your video.
Although this might take a while because you might need to drag and drop (or
use other methods of course) each file into an application such as WMM, it
might be worth it.
