Importing a large VCF file

I exported all my old contacts into a VCF file. The file is about
164Kb in size so I know that they are all there but when I try to
import them into Outlook only the first contact is imported. How do I
get Outlook to import all the other contacts as well ?

Outlook has no feature to import bulk vCard files. You'll need to look for a third-party tool. I haven't been tracking those.
