Importing a file from Unix to windows xp

My windows partition got corrupted, so I used my Redhat Linux to develop a
document in the default wordprocessor there. I have converted the document to
MSword format. How can I get that document back to my MS word virtual disk?

Create a "shared" FAT partition that both OSes can write to? Thats probably
the easiest way of exchanging data if you have to do so on a regular basis.

For just one file:

Email it to yourself from an email program in one OS, boot into the other OS
and receive the email.

Transfer it using a portable USB disk.

Is the document small enough to fit onto a floppy disk?
