Import Web Site Certificate for all TS Users

We have a web site (https) for which we'd like to install the certificate
(.cer file) for all users rather than requiring each user to import the
certificate at first access.

What are the step to accomplish this?

If you spand $150 on a commerical cerfificate you won't have to do this.

The problem is that we don't manage the site and couldn't comercially
register the certificate.

Any more ideas?

Shall I assume that these are all computers that are NOT members of the same
domain as the CA?

That's correct, the web site host is not a member of out local domain.

What kind of webhost won't let you load a Verisign, Thawte... certificate?
