Import *.WAB address book into Windows Mail

How do this?

Am a computer programmer and I, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to
import my Outook Express *.wab Address File on a flash drive into Windows
Mail. Not a happy camper to say the least.

Locate the approapriate WAB (open the address book, and Help, About will
display the file location) and copy it to the flash drive, or email it to
yourself. Save the attachment to disk.

In Windows Mail, IIRC it's go to File, Import, Contacts, point to the WAB
file. It has to be on read-write media.
