import TXT file

when trying to import a text file. I have no option to
import a txt file.

Try re-registering the dll files like this:
Start Run
regsvr32 msexcl35.dll
regsvr32 msxbse35.dll
regsvr32 mspdox35.dll
regsvr32 mstext35.dll

Use 40 instead of 35 for A2K and 2002.

You don't say what version of Access you're using. This was a problem in
Access 97 and could be corrected using the following Knowledge Base article:
